National Chairman, Congress of Racial Equality

Served as National Chairman, Congress of Racial Equality (CORE) from June, 1968 to May 1969. He was the Chairman of San Francisco CORE.

President, Black Urban Systems, a consulting firm that advises Black communities on acquiring control of institutions, services, and resources generated within their environs.
